If you’re looking for a realtor to help sell your house, Kalina is your lady!! From the day I met her to the day of sale and signing she was there for me every step of the way. When I was looking to sell my home I was lost and not sure how the process worked. Then I met Kalina. From our first meeting I knew she was the one I wanted to work with. She had a presentation and a booklet that explained how everything works step by step. She was so patient and answered every question I had no matter how dumb it may have seemed. When it came down to negotiations she was on my side and stood firmly in my corner, guiding me to make the sale work for me not the buyer. Even encouraging me to walk away if it wasn’t what I wanted. She made the sale of my home the easiest transaction, and stress-free! She also stepped up and took care of little details for me when I was unavailable, like changing out a broken outlet cover, and patching up a couple of paint spots prior to inspections. Those may not seem like much, but they mean a lot when it comes to inspections. It just goes to show she will go above and beyond for her clients. If you are looking for a realtor who puts their client first, listens to their concerns, and makes you feel like you matter not only as a client but as a person, I highly recommend Kalina.
